Today we are announcing the final exhibitors that will attending FebEx 2025.
The demonstrators are:
- Elliott Cowton, demonstrating weathering techniques
- Gary Faulkner, demonstrating building, painting, weathering and detailing MDF kits. Gary will also be selling MDF kits and detailing as ‘Organised Octopus‘
- Roy Hickman, demonstrating scenic modelling, in what will be his last show with us
- Simon Thorn, demonstrating etched kit soldering techniques
The additional traders are:
- New for 2025: Roxley Models, selling model railway supplies
- New for 2025: Armorpax, large scale detailing items
- New for 2025: Richards Spare’s, railway parts
- Cyril Kennet, second hand clearance
Please note that the previously announced traders ‘Model Railway Bits’ and ‘Blacksmith Models’ are no longer able to attend this year. We hope to have them again at future exhibitions.
The additional societies are:
- British Transport Police, promoting safety on Britain’s railways

Free Bus Service and Visitor Parking
As in previous years, there will be a free bus service running between Alton Station and the show at Eggars School. The bus is timed to coincide with the train arrivals and departures. A timetable for return trips will be available at the exhibition, but are again timed to match train arrivals. Additionally the Stagecoach service number 65 runs between the Station and Eggars School every hour.
Following on from the success of last year, we are also operating an overflow car park a short walk from the show to increase the available parking. Please still come to the main car park on arrival. You will be directed by marshals to the overflow if required. If you require disability parking, please let the marshal know, and they will do their best to accommodate you.
About FebEx 2025
FebEx 2025 arrives at our regular venue of Eggars School, Alton (GU34 4EQ) on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 February 2025. Doors are open Saturday 10.30am until 5pm and Sunday 10.30am until 4pm.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that those layouts and traders advertised will be at FebEx 2025 the organisers reserve the right to substitute suitable alternatives.
